Merge PDFs without uploading them

Most online PDF mergers send your files to their servers. This one doesn't: the merge runs inside your browser tab, so a contract, an ID scan or a bank statement never leaves your device.

How merging works without an upload

When you pick files, your browser reads them from your disk into memory. A JavaScript library (pdf-lib, served from this site rather than a third-party CDN) copies the pages into one new document, and your browser hands you the result as a download. No step involves sending the file anywhere.

Check it yourself

Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, then merge two files. You will see no request carrying your PDF data. The page only contacts our server to load itself, and, if you buy Pro, to confirm your payment.

When this matters

Anything you would not email to a stranger: signed contracts, tax forms, medical or legal paperwork, passport and ID scans, internal company documents.

Limits

Because your own device does the work, very large merges depend on your device's memory. Password-protected PDFs can't be merged until they are unlocked.

Free, with an optional Pro unlock

The free tier merges up to 5 files and 20MB per merge. Pro removes both limits for a one-time $9, with no subscription and no account.
