Download merged.pdfThe simple case: contract, then signed page
- Get the signed page into a PDF. A scanning app on a phone can usually save a scan as a PDF. This tool does not convert photos, so a picture file has to be exported or printed to PDF first.
- Press Choose files and pick the contract PDF and the signed page.
- Put the contract first and the signed page after it, with the arrow buttons or the ☰ handle.
- Press Merge PDFs, then press Download merged.pdf.
If the signed page should replace the unsigned one
This tool cannot remove or replace a page inside a file, so the unsigned page would stay in the result. First export the pages you want to keep as a separate file in a PDF viewer; many viewers can save or print a page range to a new PDF. Example: the contract has 5 pages and page 5 is the unsigned signature page. Export pages 1 to 4 as one file, then merge it with the scan of the signed page. That is 4 + 1 = 5 pages, the same length as the original.
Check the result
- The page count is what you expect (5 in the example above).
- The signed page is readable, the right way up, and sits where the signature page was.
- No page is missing or repeated.
What this does not do
It does not sign anything, and it says nothing about whether the joined file has any legal effect; ask the people involved what they will accept. The merge adds no protection against later changes. Digital signatures, form fields and bookmarks in the original may not carry over, so check before you rely on them. Your originals are never changed. For scanning tips, see merging scanned PDFs.
